Hello, I’m Emma.
I specialise in creating effortless, fresh and polished makeup for the modern bride. I am passionate about makeup, skincare and working in the world of weddings.
I believe in creating fun, memorable makeup experiences that leave you feeling confident, happy and calm. I take pride in my makeup style and ensure that every bride feels radiant and confident on their special day. From the first consultation to the final touch up I am committed to making your wedding day truly memorable.
It all started out
with my heart
telling me that I
wanted a change.
My journey as a makeup artist began from my own experience. My mum was a beautician when I was growing up, she owned a salon for over 25 years and then went on to be a freelance makeup artist. She was always teaching me tricks and tips about skincare and makeup. Most teenage girls had posters of pop stars and boy bands when they are young, I was always drawn to the makeup in VOGUE, Glamour and Marie Claire magazines and I use to tear beauty campaigns from magazines and put them on my wall.
In 2015 my mum passed away from cancer, it was the hardest thing I have ever had to go through. It taught me life is short and you have to follow your dreams. So, I did just that.
I had spent years working in the corporate world, feeling unfulfilled and longing for something more meaningful. I decided to take a leap of faith and start out on my own. I decided to trained part time at the prestigious DFMA makeup academy in London under several top makeup artists and photographers while still working in property. After I finished my qualification I started to do makeup jobs on the side building my business until one day I took the leap, quit my job and I have never looked back. Becoming a makeup artist was a dream of mine and I could not imagine doing anything else now. I wanted to do a job I was passionate about, that I could meet people and make them feel confident in their own skin. I feel extremely lucky that I get to do what I do for work.

so they can begin their big day looking and feeling their absolute best.
HOLISTIC
I understand that every bride wants their wedding day to be the most special and memorable day of their life. I will always ensure my brides have a moment for themselves in my chair. I want you to feel calm and happiness knowing you are being looked after and will feel like your best self on your wedding day. The feedback I get from my clients is that I am a calming presence on your wedding morning.
EXPERTISE
I believe that you can never know everything so I continues to train myself. Being a makeup artist for weddings is my passion but it isn’t where it ends. I am constantly challenging myself by throwing myself into exciting photoshoots, attending masterclasses by the top makeup artists and brands such as NARS, Tom Ford, MAC, Armani, Bobbi Brown and Charlotte Tilbury to name a few and pushing boundaries by experimenting with new trends, styles and techniques that I learn.

I believe every bride is unique and deserves their own bespoke experience on their wedding day. I love creating natural and flawless looks that accentuates the natural beauty of my brides.

FUN FACTS & FAVOURITES
When I am not doing makeup I love to spend time with my husband Sam and daughter Sadie. 2023 was a busy year for us. We moved to Dublin from London. I moved my business, had a baby, and got married. Things I love and I will always make time for include: spending time with my little girl and husband, selfcare, being by the sea, bouji shower gels/oils, a good skincare routine, perfume, new pyjamas, soft loungewear, a takeaway coffee from my favourite coffee shop, sea swimming, travelling and going out for dinner.
I love living by the sea. It was one of the things I missed most when I moved to London. I find it calming and grounding and feel extremely grateful to have the opportunity to live and raise my little girl here.
I am a big believer in selfcare. I love a bouji shower gel/oil, it feels like a real luxury and I am all for something small that can bring you joy every day.
My favourite perfume is Le Labo Noir 29, I wore it on my wedding day and every day I wear it the scent brings back all the emotion.
I love buying myself fresh flowers and lighting a candle when I am working from home. I am a big believer a calm environment brings out my best work.
My favourite drink is a flat white on a weekday and a G&T or a spicy margarita on a weekend.
